Updated: Jun 17, 2022

Want to increase your marketing knowledge as a founder and CEO? Listen to these 5 podcasts.

This year, I've tried to fit two different things in my schedule: 1) create time to intake huge amounts of information and, 2) create time to process huge amounts of information. One of the most effective ways I have found to take in information is by listening to podcasts. Here are 5 marketing podcasts that you definitely want to be listening to:

1. Marketing School

This is a great podcast hosted by Neil Patel and Eric Siu. They focus mainly on digital marketing, sometimes talk about NFTs, but ALWAYS are sharing great updates and information. The podcasts only last about 5-7 minutes, but are wonderful if you If you want to know IF Tumblr is making a comeback, then you need to listen to Marketing School.

2. Founder's Journal

The podcast is hosted by Alex Lieberman, who was the founder of Morning Brew. He talks about entrepreneurship, the creator economy, and building businesses. It is concise, to the point, and only about 20 minutes per episode. It's perfect for your morning commute. In my mind, this podcast is one of the best I've ever listened to.

3. Hypefury Presents

Hosted by Yannick Veys, who is the co-founder of Hypefury, this podcast contains great information about how to build your audience and monetize social media. The focus tends to be on those who have specifically gained a following on Twitter, so if you are attempting to build your personal brand on your Twitter account, THIS IS IT.

4. EntreLeadership

EntreLeadership is the title of a book by Dave Ramsay, but evolved into a podcast which involves host George Kamel interviewing great business leaders such as Mark Cuban, John Maxwell, and Steven Covey. Entrepreneurship and leadership are the main topics, which can only benefit anyone in marketing.

5. Art of Newsletters, The Nathan Barry Show

Nathan Barry is the founder of ConvertKit. He is an author, designer, and marketer who interviews influential entrepreneurs and leaders. Conversations are typically related to building online businesses. The interviews are longer and can sometimes get a little off track, but still definitely worth listening too.
